Ready, Steady – FEAST!

Breast of Gressingham Duck in Plum and Port Jus with Sauté Potatoes and Leaf Spinach. This dish combines the richness of duck with the sweet and tangy flavours of plum and port jus. Sautéed potatoes and leaf spinach add a delightful contrast in textures and flavours.

Warm Breast of Partridge, Dolce Latte Cheese, Poached Pear, and Walnut Salad in French Dressing. This dish seems to be a harmonious blend of savoury and sweet elements. Refurbishment Progress

We’re nearing the final stages of re-commissioning the pool, with additional plumbing work now finished. This has seen the installation of a feed and expansion tank. Our plan is to commence refilling the pool in late October or early November. Initially, cold water will be introduced, and we will gradually increase the temperature over the course of several weeks.

Our team is tirelessly striving to restore Sheldon to its full potential as swiftly as we can. The end of this challenging journey is in sight, and the day when we can all celebrate will be truly momentous and joyous. We eagerly anticipate crossing the finish line together with all of you!
